      目前我们还利用空气源热泵原理,研发出农产品深加工一系列的设备,有可以对农产品进行烘干的智能一体烘干机,有对农产品进行储藏的保鲜及冷藏设备.

      自19世纪末,冷库一直是物流业的重要组成部分。冷库主要用作对食品、乳制品、肉类、水产、禽类、果蔬、饮料、花卉、绿植、茶叶、药品、化工原料、电子仪表仪器、烟草、酒精饮料等半成品及成品的恒温恒湿贮藏。冷库属于制冷设备的一种,其与冰箱相比较制冷面积要大很多,但他们有相通的制冷原理。

      一般冷库多由制冷机制冷,利用气化温度很低的液体(氨或氟里昂)作为冷却剂,使其在低压和机械控制的条件下蒸发,吸收贮藏库内的热量,从而达到冷却降温的目的。

      常用的是压缩式冷藏机,主要由压缩机、冷凝器,节流阀和蒸发管等组成。按照蒸发管装置的方式又可分直接冷却和间接冷却两种。直接冷却将蒸发管安装在冷藏库房内,液态冷却剂经过蒸发管时,直接吸收库房内的热量而降温。

      间接冷却是由鼓风机将库房内的空气抽吸进空气冷却装置,空气被盘旋于冷却装置内的蒸发管吸热后,再送入库内而降温。空气冷却方式的优点是冷却迅速,库内温度较均匀,同时能将贮藏过程中产生的二氧化碳等有害气体带出库外。

      食品冷库是用于食品冷冻和冷藏的建筑物,它是通过人工制冷的方法,使库内保持一定的低温。为了减少外界热量的传入,冷库的地坪、墙壁和屋顶都敷设一定厚度的防潮隔气层和隔热层,在食品冷库工程管理中,应根据食品冷库的特性,实行科学管理,以保证******生产,达到延长使用寿命,降低生产成本,节约维修费用,提高企业经济效益的目的。

      悦凌食品冷库可广泛应用于鲜食农产品的恒温贮藏。

The advantages of air cooling method are rapid cooling, uniform temperature in the reservoir and the ability to take harmful gases such as carbon dioxide produced during storage out of the reservoir.
